These blends are always new and unique. We have a quality research department with experienced staff whom are constantly testing new recipes.
Being part of our club means you get first exclusive access to these blends before they are released on our store.

WHAT ARE PARTNER PRODUCTS?
Partner products come directly from the manufacturers that we have developed partnerships with. By working directly with the manufacturer, we are able to negotiate better pricing, which we then pass over to you.
These products may ship directly from the manufacturer, however you can feel safe knowing we handle all customer care (including returns and replacements) on our end.
If you order a partner product & Zenvea product together, they will be shipped separately, as we have our own warehouse for our products.
DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?
Yes, we do. We have a full, 1 Year Warranty on all diffusers available on our website (including partner products).
This warranty covers defects/malfunctions on the product – however it does not cover user damage.
Liquid products are not covered under this warranty, however we do have a return policy & will replace any damaged/defective products
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30 day return policy from the date you receive your product. If you are unsatisfied or there are issues with your order, simply send us an e-mail: email@example.com or click here to fill out our contact form
If you are returning a product, we will issue a refunding as soon as we receive it.
If your product was damaged or defective there is no need to send it back. We will send a replacement out or refund.
Sending a video or image of the damage is the quickest way to receive a refund or replacement without sending your unit back.
