DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?

Yes, we do. We have a full, 1 Year Warranty on all diffusers available on our website (including partner products).

This warranty covers defects/malfunctions on the product – however it does not cover user damage.

Liquid products are not covered under this warranty, however we do have a return policy & will replace any damaged/defective products

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date you receive your product. If you are unsatisfied or there are issues with your order, simply send us an e-mail: returns@zenvea.com or click here to fill out our contact form

If you are returning a product, we will issue a refunding as soon as we receive it.

If your product was damaged or defective there is no need to send it back. We will send a replacement out or refund.

Sending a video or image of the damage is the quickest way to receive a refund or replacement without sending your unit back.
